Do you desire the ULTIMATE Mercedes sedan? Then this could be the car. The top Mercedes model has always featured the legendary V-12, an engine configuration that shares proud company with Bentley, RR, Ferrari, and Aston Martin. And as you probably know, Benz V-12 models have always come with all the bells and whistles. That’s too much to mention here, but some notable features are the Distronic laser cruise control with Parking Assist, infrared Night vision, and the rear seat heated and cooling, recline adjustment and separate dual zone climate control as well as power side and rear curtains. However, this particular car, owned by a sports car industry entrepreneur, has a few additional "extras"! Most obviously, the stunning full body Lorinser kit immediately makes this car a standout in any company, even compared to the AMGs. The kit's most obvious style element is the vented fenders, a unique Lorinser design signature. Front and rear bumpers are also exclusive, with special exhaust resonators with trapezoidal exhaust diffusers built into the bumper. Upgraded rocker panels with "shark gills" and a discrete tail spoiler complete the look. This kit was installed by Atlanta's leading MB dealership to the absolute highest standards of fit and finish. Of course, the car encourages spirited driving so the legendary K40 front and rear Laser Diffuser and radar detector was installed. The owner also insisted on the highest levels of occupant entertainment options (as if the right pedal was not enough!) so the stereo system was dramatically upgraded in power and imaging and a 3-screen DVD system was incorporated (think for a moment about what the "third" position might be!). But while the 510hp, 612ft/lb engine was left stock for reliability reasons, the power was upgraded slightly with tuning and exhaust while the stopping power was dramatically upgraded with top line Brembo calipers and discs all 'round. Finally, strong but subtle 20" RennTech multispoke wheels complete the presentation. All in all, it is hard to imagine neither a finer road car, nor one with more individual distinction in a subtle, not shouting way. The original window on the S600 was $145k.
